Applications Support Engineer (NetSuite) Mostly Remote (UK) | Milton Keynes 1-2 times per month £60,000–£65,000 + Excellent Benefits We're looking for an Applications Support Engineer to take ownership of a business-critical NetSuite platform within a growing organisation investing heavily in its technology.
This is more than a support role - you'll become the go-to expert for NetSuite, driving improvements, supporting users, enhancing integrations and helping shape the future applications roadmap. What you'll be doing Supporting and administering NetSuite and connected business applications.
Providing 2nd/3rd line support and troubleshooting technical issues. Managing upgrades, releases and system improvements. Configuring workflows, saved searches, forms, roles and permissions. Supporting integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
Working closely with Finance, HR and business stakeholders to improve processes. Driving governance, documentation and best practice across the platform. What we're looking for Experience supporting or administering Oracle NetSuite.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows and integrations. Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills. Someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and driving continuous improvement.
