Apprentice Service and Sales Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy engineering business while studying towards a Business Administration qualification with Exeter College.

What you'll be doing

Planning and scheduling engineers' work and service visitsProcessing customer enquiries, orders, service paperwork, and quotesSupporting customers with service bookings, breakdowns, and parts enquiriesCreating job sheets, sales orders, and service documentationManaging records, scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate customer informationSupporting sales activities, including pneumatic and Infinity product salesFollowing up quotations and promoting AEP's products and services to existing customersLiaising with engineers, suppliers, purchasing, and customers to ensure work is completed efficientlyWhat we're looking for: Strong organisational and communication skillsA positive and professional approach to customer serviceGood attention to detail and willingness to learnConfidence using Microsoft Office and computer systemsA team player who can work in a fast-paced environmentWhat you'll gain: A Business Administration qualification through Exeter CollegeFull support and mentoring from experienced colleaguesReal-world business, customer service, sales, and administration experienceThe opportunity to develop a long-term career within a growing companyIf you're eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a successful career in business administration, we'd love to hear from you.
