Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong design and technical proficiency and operate with high design integrity
• Utilize Revit and BIM practices to support project delivery
• Contribute to project management and coordination within regulated industrial / nuclear environments
• Understand and apply building systems, regulations, and construction types
• Support security- and defense-related projects requiring SC clearance
• Manage workloads and deadlines effectively
• Engage with various building contracts and project stakeholders

Key requirements

• ARB Registered Architect
• Experience on security and nuclear power projects (SC clearance required)
• Knowledge of Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types
• Ability to manage a busy workload and deadlines
• Experience in design and project management within regulated industries
• BPSS and SC clearance (or ability to obtain)
• UK-based with suitable residency for clearance
