Architect Bristol £40,000 - £45,000 DOE Our client is an employee-owned architectural practice and certified B Corp®. Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver great buildings and places for people to inhabit.
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, working in a high-quality design and delivery focused practice.
• lead projects from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment – building rapport and creating positive relationships.
• Excellent drawing and presentation skills and the ability to explain a design idea and the evolution of a concept.
• Ability to provide professional guidance to design and construction teams. Requirements
• ARB Registered with 2 years post graduate experience in a UK practice.
• Have experience in design and delivery of live projects.
• Good interpersonal skills to include an understanding of the sensitivities required when communicating with and presenting to clients.
• Ability to balance workload as the role may require you to focus on more than one project at a time.
• Strong Revit skills would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
• Demonstrable experience of collating and organising design submissions, technical information, preparing drawings, plans and documents and report/spec writing. Benefits
