Role: Architectural Technician Location: Manchester Pay Rate: £25-£32 per hour Contract Length: 12 months Working Pattern: Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Job Overview: Due to a significant increase in project workload, we are looking to appoint several Architectural Technicians to join our growing team in Manchester.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects. We are seeking creative individuals with a proactive attitude who can take ownership of projects and contribute from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and delivery of projects Produce high-quality technical drawings and project documentation. Assist with planning applications, technical design packages and project coordination. Work collaboratively with architects, associates, directors and external stakeholders.
Take ownership of project tasks and contribute ideas throughout the design process. Attend project and client meetings as required. Ensure work is delivered to agreed quality standards and project deadlines. Essential Skills
