Role: Architectural Technologist Location: Southeast, UK Job Type: Permanent or Contract Salary: £40,000-£55,000 Annual (Permanent) / £25-£33 per hour (Contract) Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) Quantity: Multiple vacancies Overview: We are seeking an experienced and technically focused Architectural Technologist to join a growing team working across a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the Southeast.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys producing high-quality technical documentation and construction information, with the ability to work independently and manage their workload with minimal supervision. Essential
Skills & Experience
4+ years proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit. Experience producing construction drawings and technical detailing packages. Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong communication and coordination skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Desirable
Skills & Experience
Experience working on projects through all RIBA stages. Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects. CIAT membership or working towards accreditation. Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination. Experience liaising directly with contractors and on-site teams.
Familiarity with planning and building control submission processes. Understanding of sustainable construction and current industry best practices.
