Duties might range: Producing and submitting concept designs using AutoCAD and Revit Preparing planning applications, and driving through to completion Technical design and detailed drawings Occasional site visits to support architectural processes Reviewing and signing off design and technical files, ensuring adherence to building regulations Organising all related documentation for projects Managing a small team - workload allocation, goal-setting, training and development Liaising with external partners through construction phases Great opportunity for someone who enjoys technical drawing, design, creativity and having the opportunity to input to strategy and oversee project outcomes.
