Re: Area Service Delivery Manager – FM Service Provider – M4 & A34 Corridors - £47,000 + £5000 Car Allowance Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for an Area Maintenance Manager to be responsible for a regional engineering team covering multiple sites spanning the M4 & A34 Corridors.
The successful Manager will have good access to all area s and happy to travel to multiple sites across the region. This position would be ideal for an Area Engineering or Maintenance Manager who has experience with compliance, managing engineering teams from multiple disciplines, optimising operational performance and maintaining strong client relationships.
The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to enhance operational efficiency and reliability across the contract. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of £47,000 + £5,000 car allowance and an excellent package.
Hours of Work & Package Info Base Salary: £47,000 per annum Additional Car Allowance - £5000 per annum Holiday: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Typical Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 5:00pm Pension: Statutory pension contribution
