No two days will be the same, and you'll be given the opportunity to grow your career with a clear development pathway towards a Regional Manager positionKey ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop Store / Restaurant Managers to deliver outstanding resultsConduct regular site visits, focusing on: Health & Safety complianceCustomer experience and satisfactionProductivity vs payroll performanceCommercial and operational standardsAnalyse regional performance and implement strategies to improve key people and business metricsIdentify training needs and support succession planning across your areaEnsure full compliance with company policies and procedures, including handling HR-related matters effectivelyWhat We're Looking ForCurrent experience as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Regional ManagerStrong background in a customer-focused, people-led environment , such as: Hospitality / Restaurants / QSRRetail (Fashion, Department Stores, General Merchandise, Food Retail)A proven track record of developing high-performing teamsStrong commercial awareness and the ability to drive profitabilityFull UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the regionHave ideally started your career on a graduate programme, not essential.
