Drive safety, quality, productivity and cost performance. Manage and develop operational teams to deliver business objectives. Lead continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives. Act as the senior operational decision-maker outside normal business hours.
The Successful ApplicantIdeal CandidateExperienced operations leader from an FMCG manufacturing environment. Strong people manager with a track record of building high-performing teams. Passionate about continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence.
