We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join an established company specialising in gates, barriers and security/access solutions, covering a large field-based territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who has experience within the gates and barriers industry and is looking to develop new business, grow existing accounts and increase revenue through installation projects, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts and ongoing service agreements.

The RoleDevelop and manage a portfolio of customers across the assigned territoryIdentify and secure new business opportunities within the gates, barriers and security/access industrySell gates, barriers, installation projects, PPM contracts and service agreementsBuild strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makersCarry out site visits, surveys and customer meetingsDevelop opportunities from initial enquiry through to successful completionIdentify opportunities for additional services and recurring revenuePrepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close salesMaintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecastsWork closely with internal installation, service and operations teamsManage and grow existing accounts while continually developing the territoryAbout YouThe successful candidate must have previous experience selling gates and barriers and ideally have a background within the security, access control, perimeter security or physical security industry.

We're looking for someone with: Proven experience in gates and barriers sales – essentialExperience within the security and access industryA strong track record of developing new business and managing existing accountsExperience selling installation, maintenance, PPM contracts and/or service agreementsExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsA commercially driven approach with the ability to identify and close opportunitiesThe ability to manage your own diary and territory effectivelyA full UK driving licenceWhat's on Offer?
