We are working with a high-performing Outstanding secondary school in the Ipswich area that is looking to appoint a committed and creative Art Teacher from January . This is a full-time, permanent position within a well-established department where creativity is encouraged and properly resourced.
The Role The successful candidate will teach Art across KS3 and KS4 , supporting students to develop both technical competence and individual artistic identity. The department has a strong focus on skill progression, analytical thinking, and confidence in visual communication, resulting in consistently strong student outcomes.
You will play an active role in curriculum development, assessment, and enrichment , including exhibitions and whole-school creative initiatives. Experience with KS5 Art is advantageous but not a requirement.
