ASB Officer Opportunity | North West | Hybrid Working I'm currently recruiting for an experienced ASB Officer to join a Local Authority in the North West on an initial contract basis. Location: North West (Hybrid) Contract: 3–6 Months Initially Rate: Negotiable Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of ASB cases from investigation through to resolution Conducting interviews, home visits, and evidence gathering Working closely with residents, police, legal teams, and partner agencies Preparing enforcement action and legal documentation where required Managing complex tenancy breaches, nuisance, harassment, and community safety issues Ensuring compliance with relevant housing and ASB legislation
Requirements
✔ Previous experience in an ASB Officer, Community Safety, Neighbourhood Officer, or similar role Strong understanding of ASB legislation and housing enforcement procedures Experience managing complex casework independently Excellent communication, investigation, and report-writing skills Ability to build positive relationships with residents and external stakeholders If you're interested in this opportunity, please get in touch or send your updated CV to discuss further.
