you will
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with ASD. Support communication, social skills, emotional regulation and independence. Help students engage confidently with learning and school life. Build positive, trusting relationships with students.
Work closely with teachers and support staff to provide consistent, individualised support. Monitor students' progress, wellbeing and engagement. What we look for in an ASD Assistant: A caring, patient and enthusiastic individual.
Someone passionate about supporting young people with ASD. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A calm, consistent and resilient approach. Psychology, Education or related graduates are particularly encouraged to apply.
Job Details: Location: Reading Setting: Specialist School Start Date: ASAP Pay: £93-£110 per day Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm Contract: Full-time Gain valuable hands-on experience with ASD while making a genuine difference to young people's lives.
