Key responsibilities include
Maintaining and updating the internal database in line with incoming correspondence and legal documentationProviding a high standard of customer service via phone and written communication to leaseholders and their representativesReviewing HM Land Registry notices and updating systems within tight deadlinesAnalysing leases, deeds, and title documents, identifying key provisions and ownership structuresSupporting Building Safety Act projects, including issuing landlord certificatesInterpreting lease information and accurately inputting data into internal systemsIdentifying and resolving data discrepancies across multiple sourcesExtracting and reviewing information from legal and property documentationReviewing invoices related to head rents and associated title documentsContributing to process improvements and supporting key departmental projectsThe Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with legal or property-related documentation.
