Job Description Asset Manager District Heating£65,000 plus excellent packageCarlisleMC Technical Recruitment are partnered with a leading provider of district heating networks throughout the UK & beyond for the recruitment of an Asset Manager, to work a role based out of Cumbria.
As an Asset Manager you will have the opportunity to work on existing & future District Heating projects, in a fast-expanding business. As the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for: Delivering mew energy projects during build & operational phases.
Meeting with stakeholders & customers, maintaining good relationships. Identifying growth opportunities within the Districting Heating networks. Reporting to the Asset Director. Other duties as requiredTo be considered for this role you should have: Experience of contract negotiation & commercial & financial administration.
Experience in cost control, financial modelling etc. The ability to drive strategic plans to drive business growthA strong background in district heating systems or related energy infrastructure projectsThis is a permanent position based in Carlisle; due to the requirement to visit customer sites from time to time you will need a full UK driving licence.
