What you'll be doing as a F&B Assistant Manager: Supporting the delivery of all contractual specifications and client requirementsDeveloping action plans following customer and client satisfaction surveysEnsuring the team are consistently polite, professional, and customer-focusedCompleting and managing labour schedules within budget and adjusting in line with sales performanceMinimising agency usage and overtime spendAnalysing and managing all in-unit costs effectivelyEnsuring company promotions are implemented correctlyIdentifying additional commercial opportunities and discussing with your line managerWhat we're looking for as a F&B Assistant Manager::Previous retail or hospitality management experienceStrong people skills with excellent communication abilitiesA proactive, reactive approach with the ability to think on your feetConfident managing labour, costs, and service delivery in a high-volume environmentOrganised, commercially aware, and customer-focusedComfortable working in a large, dynamic site environmentIf you want to play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and commercial performance across multiple retail outlet this is your chance!
