This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of a high performing team in a busy premium restaurant operation at the iconic Darwin Brasserie, Sky Garden. What you will be doing Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and outstanding customer service Assisting with the day-to-day management of a high-volume restaurant operation while maintaining premium hospitality standards Coaching, training, and developing team members through performance management, succession planning, and ongoing support Helping drive operational efficiency, team engagement, and commercial performance across the restaurant What we are looking for Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Floor Manager, or similar hospitality management role Strong operational knowledge within a fast-paced restaurant, hospitality, or premium dining environment Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams Organised, proactive, and confident with strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences Good to know This is opportunity offers a salary of 42,000 per annum, along with a range of excellent benefits designed to support your career development and work-life balance.
