Overview: As Assistant Manager you will support the Centre Manager in leading a vibrant and diverse environment. We are seeking a skilled individual to assist in overseeing the operations of our centre and ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the centre, including managing staff and providing exceptional customer service. Work with senior management to use centre performance metrics to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.

Offer leadership and guidance to the team, cultivating a positive work atmosphere.
