As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager, leading the team and driving operational excellence across the restaurant. Your responsibilities as an Assistant Manager will include: Supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional restaurant performance.
Leading, coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential. Creating a positive culture focused on service, quality and teamwork. Helping drive sales, profitability and operational standards. Ensuring compliance across food safety, health & safety and company procedures.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members. Taking ownership of the restaurant operation during key trading periods.
