You'll be responsible for: Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving store performance Leading, motivating and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service Driving sales through product knowledge, customer engagement and effective selling techniques Helping recruit, train and develop team members Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation Ensuring customers receive knowledgeable advice on products, features and availability Promoting multi-channel shopping options to enhance the customer experience Supporting stock management, replenishment and product availability Assisting with rotas, payroll and controlling store costs Monitoring retail KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve performance Maintaining company policies, procedures and brand standards Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence About You We're looking for a motivated and commercially aware Assistant Manager who enjoys leading from the front and helping a team achieve its potential.
