Assistant Restaurant Manager Luxury 4* Hotel Up to £32K + £4K service charge Surrey / South West London I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor / experienced restaurant professional for a stunning 100-bedroom 4* property in Surrey, within easy reach of South West London, North Hampshire and South Berkshire, to help ensure the smooth running of the main restaurant.

Responsibilities

Lead restaurant operations during service, maintaining a visible and affable floor presence Ensure restaurants and all other F&B products are delivered accurately, consistently and to specification Assist with training and coaching so team members understand the restaurant's offering and can deliver it with confidence Demonstrate and maintain strong restaurant knowledge and confidently advise guests on selections and pairings for wine etc Support menu development, seasonal features and premium upselling where appropriate Support effective stock control procedures Drive revenue through confident upselling, premium serves and product knowledge, while maintaining service standards Ensure all health, safety, licensing and food hygiene standards are always followed Maintain clean, safe and organised restaurant and cellar areas

Requirements

Proven experience for 1-3yrs in a quality restaurant environment, ideally 1-3AA rosette Strong restaurant knowledge and a genuine passion for service and quality TPBN1_UKCT
