The project is working on a large high end residential developments working to traditional houses and apartments with a large amount of units. Ideal candidate3 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager. You will be required to have a degree qualification or have a similar construction management qualification.
Residential developer experience. A strong track record as an Assistant Site Manager. Projects seen through from inception to completion. Having worked on residential schemes. CSCS Card. SMSTS certificate,First Aid Certificate.
