The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an Associate with 5+ years' PQE to join a collaborative and well-established Private Client team. You'll advise a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients on: Estate and succession planningTrust creation, administration and restructuringInheritance tax planningWills and wealth preservation strategiesProbate and estate administrationFamily investment and business succession mattersLanded estates and heritage property workWorking closely with experienced Partners and specialists across Private Client, Trusts, Tax and Property teams, you'll gain exposure to complex domestic and cross-border matters while developing your own area of expertise.

Key responsibilities include

Managing your own varied caseloadDelivering clear, practical and commercially focused adviceDrafting complex legal documentationSupervising and mentoring junior team membersSupporting business development and networking activitiesCandidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor or CILEX professional with ideally 5-7 years' PQEStrong background in Private Client lawExcellent knowledge of estate administration, trusts and inheritance taxExperience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners or trusteesSTEP qualification desirable but not essentialStrong technical ability with a commercial and pragmatic approachConfident managing a substantial caseload independentlyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsWhy Join?
