Corporate Restructuring Associate – 1–2 PQE Location: London PQE: 1–2 years' relevant PQE Salary: £175,000–£190,000 + discretionary bonus (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Recruiter: Eclectic Recruitment A leading US law firm is looking to appoint a talented Corporate Restructuring Associate to join its highly regarded London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer at 1–2 years' PQE to join a market-leading restructuring practice, working on some of the most complex and high-value domestic and cross-border restructuring matters. The team advises a broad range of clients including companies, boards of directors, sponsors, creditors, creditor groups, acquirers and other stakeholders across the full spectrum of restructuring and distressed situations.
The Role The successful candidate will gain significant exposure to sophisticated and complex restructuring matters, working closely with leading lawyers across the firm's international network. The work will include: In-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions.
Complex cross-border restructurings. Insolvency-related disputes and proceedings. Special situations and distressed investments. Structured private capital transactions. Advising companies, sponsors, creditors and other stakeholders. Working alongside M
