Job Description Associate Dentist Crossford We are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join an established dental practice based in Crossford .This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to join a supportive and professional clinical environment, with the opportunity to provide high-quality care to an established patient base.

The role would suit a clinician who enjoys general dentistry, takes pride in patient care and wants to develop their skills within a collaborative practice. The Role As an Associate Dentist, you will provide a broad range of general dental treatments while working closely with the wider clinical and support team.

Your responsibilities will include

Carrying out comprehensive dental examinations and assessmentsDiagnosing oral health conditions and developing appropriate treatment plansProviding general, preventative and restorative dental treatmentDiscussing treatment options and costs clearly with patientsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical recordsMonitoring patients' ongoing oral health and providing preventative adviceReferring patients to appropriate specialists where necessaryWorking collaboratively with dental nurses, hygienists, therapists and other cliniciansMaintaining high standards of clinical governance and infection controlEnsuring treatment is delivered in line with current professional standardsManaging appointments and clinical workload effectivelySupporting patient retention and building long-term patient relationshipsParticipating in relevant training and continuing professional developmentProviding a consistently high standard of patient care and serviceAbout You We're looking for a confident and patient-focused Associate Dentist who is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care.

You should have: Current GDC registration and the appropriate UK right to practisePrevious experience working as a dentist in the UKStrong general dentistry experienceGood clinical and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesA professional, approachable and compassionate mannerStrong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirementsExcellent record-keeping and attention to detailCommitment to continuing professional developmentThe ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider teamThe Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and patient-centred dentist who enjoys providing high-quality general dentistry and building lasting relationships with patients.
