Responsibilities

• Conduct background research and data collection
• Establish project-wide processes and systems
• Produce project plans and manage project teams
• Monitor progress and capture performance indicators
• Track and document changes to scope
• Prepare written project communications and formal reports
• Liaise with clients, contractors and designers
• Attend meetings and draft minutes

Key requirements

• Associate Director with experience delivering large schemes in London
• Experience on residential, commercial or mixed-use projects
• Track record delivering whole projects or large elements worth 20m++
• Ideally professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture
• Stakeholder liaison and relationship management
• Team leadership and people management
• Clear communication and report writing
• Project planning and governance
• Progress monitoring and change control
• Risk and issue tracking
