Associate Director - Project Management

Role OverviewSavills is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Associate Director to join our Birmingham Building & Project Consultancy team, specialising in industrial and logistics development projects. In this client-facing role, you will lead the delivery of complex development, refurbishment and fit-out schemes, providing strategic project management advice from inception through to completion. Working with investors, developers and occupiers, you will oversee programmes, budgets, procurement strategies and stakeholder management to ensure successful project outcomes.

Alongside project delivery, you will play a key role in business development, building and strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of the regional business.

You will collaborate closely with Savills' multidisciplinary teams, promote integrated service delivery and support the development of junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
