Role: Associate Director-Level Project Manager Client: International Multi-disciplinary Consultancy Location: London - new office Salary: Competitive salary & package Our Client: Our client is an International Multi-disciplinary Consultancy that supports the delivery of complex real estate and infrastructure projects within Ireland across residential, healthcare, education, commercial, and infrastructure developments.

With four decades of international experience, it provides cost management, project controls, scheduling, independent certification, and due diligence services to public and private sector clients.

The Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Associate Director-level Project Manager to join them as their first Project Management hire in the London market. The goal is to grow out their offering in London and deliver an existing pipeline of work, as well as build a team and interface with clients.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a well-established International Consultancy and join as they build a London office from the ground up - with a focus on Co-living, Sudent Accommodation and Residential. Your duties will include a lot of client management, business development and project delviery - as well as asissting in hiring your team in time.

You will ensure your projects meet their budgetary objectives, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. You will take the lead in the definition of the project scope & objectives, create and coordinate a comprehensive project schedule, and ultimately ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Requirements

Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management Track-record in delivering significant projects effectively Exposure to Co-living, Student Accommodation and Residential projects highly beneficial Be comfortable contributing to internal strategy/working groups as required Previous exposure to managing teams Prioritize meeting the client's needs in order to ensure repeat business Should understand the value in building and maintaining internal & external relationships
