Associate Director, SAP S4 HANA Master Data Governance Solution Architect

Overview You will lead the end-to-end SAP MDG and data migration lifecycle, shaping architecture and governance to enable successful S/4HANA transformations. You'll work across global teams to align data strategies with business needs and industry best practices.

Pay / Benefits hybrid working focus on wellbeing world-class development and upskilling supportive, inclusive culture Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA MDG and Data Migration solutions aligned with business needs and standards Define data models, workflows, validation rules, and integration points to optimize master data management Provide technical leadership to project teams including MDG consultants, developers, and analysts Establish technical strategies, standards, and best practices for MDG implementations Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements related to master data management, governance, and quality Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs Oversee configuration and customization of MDG modules to meet business needs while adhering to architecture Define and implement integration strategies between MDG and SAP/non-SAP systems using IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web services Develop testing strategies and oversee QA activities for MDG and data migration implementations Facilitate change management and communicate benefits/impacts to stakeholders Provide training and knowledge transfer on MDG functionalities and maintenance procedures Document architectural designs, configurations, and integration specifications for MDG solutions Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with policies and standards Key requirements Hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration MDG pre-sales, implementation, and architecture Deep expertise in MDG and data migration modules across S4 HANA data objects (Material, Customer, Vendor, Financials) Strong understanding of data modelling, governance, and best practices Proficiency in SAP integration techniques (IDOC, SOA, RFC, APIs, DRF) Functional understanding of master data and integration across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, finance, sales, asset and project management Experience with data migration strategies: cleansing, transformation, validation Expertise in MDG Consolidation and Mass Processing configurations Knowledge of Data Quality Management principles and implementation Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose fit-to-standard solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable
