ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - STRUCTURES70k-75k plus benefitsPermanentLondonResidentialCommercialEducationIndustrialHospitalityOur client, a busy multidisciplinary consultancy based in London, is looking to appoint a Chartered Structural Engineer at Associate Director level on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is suited to an experienced engineer with at least 10 years’ UK experience, including refurbishment and recladding projects. You will lead and deliver a range of projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, industrial, leisure, and hospitality, while providing technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, and supporting client relationships and business development.
Candidates must be Chartered (MIStructE or MICE) and hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a UK university. Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and commercial awareness are essential.A competitive salary, generous benefits, and a strong pipeline of projects are on offer, with hybrid working available following probation.
