The RoleYou'll work as part of a collaborative, high performing team advising sponsors, developers, lenders, investors and public sector bodies across a broad range of ENRI matters.
Your work will include:Project Finance - advising lenders, sponsors and developers on the financing of major energy and infrastructure projectsCorporate Transactions - supporting M&A, joint ventures and investments within the ENRI sectorProject Documentation - drafting and negotiating key project agreements across the full project lifecycleSupporting complex cross border matters and working closely with colleagues across the firm's international networkContributing to the delivery of strategic, commercially focused advice across conventional and renewable power, infrastructure, natural resources, digital assets and moreThis is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to cutting edge projects in both established and emerging markets.
