Overview

As part of Analog Devices Early Career Program, you will develop alongside engineers and mentors to tackle complex customer challenges in areas like autonomous systems, robotics, and digital healthcare. You will learn to translate customer needs into workable system solutions and contribute to product and tool development.

The program prepares you for a role in ADI’s Sales organization as a Field Applications Engineer, balancing technical rigor with customer collaboration. You’ll gain structured training, hands-on projects, and coaching to accelerate your engineering and customer-impact capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on ADI solutions and products
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Understand and translate customers system needs into feasible requirements
• Propose system-level solutions to customers
• Assist in defining and developing new products and tools
• Develop new accounts and/or grow existing customer portfolios
• Apply best practices for customer support to resolve issues

Key requirements

• Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunication, RF or related degree
• Up to two years of work experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset
• Analytical problem-solving abilities
• Strong interest in technology and innovation
• Good lab measurement and debugging skills
• Willingness to travel 25-40%
• Valid driving license
