Role PurposeProvide technical ownership and escalation leadership across TimeGate, TimeGate Plus, and Templa platforms,ensuring stable production support, risk mitigation, and architectural continuity. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end L3 technical delivery across all productsAct as final escalation point for P1/P2 incidents
- Lead root cause analysis and permanent fixes
- Review and approve complex code changes and hotfixes
- Oversee releases and provide technical go/no-go decisions
- Guide migration-related fixes and parity gap remediation
- Drive knowledge transfer and reduce key-person dependencies
- Mentor offshore engineers and ensure engineering standards
- Identify technical debt and automation opportunitiesRequired Skills
- Strong .NET / ASP.NET / C#
- SQL Server performance tuning
- Azure (Functions, Service Bus, cloud ops)
