Responsibilities

You'll engage directly with clients, attending project meetings, and effectively communicating project briefs within the team. Diverse Project Portfolio: You'll work on a wide range of projects both domestically and internationally, spanning various sectors including Residential, Workplace, Healthcare, Science and Research, Higher Education, and Heritage.

Strategic Concept Development: You'll lead the development of initial strategic concepts for projects, ensuring solutions align with briefs and regulatory standards. Integrated Project Design: You'll play a key role in an integrated project design team, collaborating with other construction professionals.

Technical Delivery: Whether working independently or within a team, you'll take ownership of delivering technically sound solutions. Mentorship and Guidance: You'll provide support and guidance to junior staff, facilitating their skill development and maximizing team productivity.
