This is an exciting opportunity for a driven lawyer with around eight years' post-qualification experience to play a key role in complex, high-value property transactions.

Working alongside a highly regarded team of partners and senior lawyers, the successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including major investors, developers, and corporate occupiers. The role offers exposure to a wide range of real estate matters and the chance to contribute to business growth while mentoring junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities include

Leading on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and asset management mattersDrafting and negotiating complex property documentationManaging transactions end-to-end while maintaining excellent client relationshipsSupporting team development and driving business development initiativesThis role offers a platform to thrive in a forward-thinking and ambitious legal environment.
