Associate Partner

Overview

As Associate Partner in our Digital Platforms Practice, you lead ERP transformation initiatives for global firms, shaping roadmaps and value-based proposals. You will engage senior stakeholders to align digital platforms with business goals and drive delivery excellence across large-scale programs. You work with cross-functional teams to capture opportunities, manage revenues, and mentor leaders, all within a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. This role offers impact at scale in a world-class consulting environment, with a strong emphasis on transformation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to capture and sell integrated transformation solutions in your market
• Engage senior stakeholders as trusted advisor on digital platform roadmaps
• Identify expansion opportunities and develop proposals centered on value and win themes
• Manage consulting revenues and margins for key accounts (~5 mill+ target)
• Drive on-time, cost-aware delivery of large-scale solutions with best-value outcomes
• Mentor subordinate managers through coaching and development

Key requirements

• Experience in full lifecycle ERP program delivery (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
• Subject matter expertise in digital applications and business-aligned functional design
• Strong sales and closing capability at executive/board levels with target attainment
• Global delivery experience with offshore resources and matrixed teams
• Ability to create innovative solutions and contribute to industry events and white papers
• Mature interpersonal skills to build trust in dynamic corporate environments
• Willingness to travel as client engagements require
