Job DescriptionSupport the execution of private equity investments across Europe and the United StatesConduct detailed financial analysis, valuation modelling, and due diligence on potential opportunitiesAssist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal committeesWork closely with senior team members on deal origination, structuring, and executionMonitor portfolio performance and support ongoing asset management initiativesEngage with external advisors, including banks, consultants, and legal counselContribute to market research and thematic analysis to identify new investment opportunitiesThe Successful Applicant A successful Associate - Private Equity should have:3-5 years of experience in investment banking (bulge bracket) or private equityBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (top-tier institution preferred); additional qualifications such as CFA are advantageousStrong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skillsDemonstrated experience working on M&A transactions or private equity dealsExcellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExposure to cross-border transactions, particularly within Europe and/or the US, is highly desirableWhat's on Offer Great exposureExcellent benefits
