THE ROLE
- You will advise a diverse client base on a wide variety of residential and commercial property disputes. - You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, lease extensions and collective enfranchisement matters, service charge disputes and leasehold management issues, possession proceedings and forfeiture claims and boundary disputes, rights of way, easements and restrictive covenants- Working closely with experienced partners, you will take responsibility for your own caseload while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the property litigation team.SKILLS REQUIRED:- Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.- Experience handling residential and/or commercial landlord and tenant matters- Knowledge of leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions or other leasehold property work would be advantageous- Confidence managing files independently from instruction through to conclusion- Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills- Excellent client care and communication abilities- A commercially minded approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships- A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to contribute to the ongoing development of the departmentTHE FIRM- This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected London practice with a strong reputation for property work. - The firm offers high-quality matters, genuine career progression, and the chance to work within a close-knit team where your contribution will be recognised and valued.ON OFFER:- Competitive salary
