The department has seen significant growth in recent years, supported by major tender wins and high profile regeneration and development projects across the UK. The RoleYou'll be responsible for advising on a broad range of commercial property and development matters, including: Large scale regeneration and development projectsCommercial and residential development workAcquisitions, disposals and strategic land mattersAdvising national and regional public and private sector organisationsWorking closely with senior colleagues to develop specialist development expertiseLeading on a variety of high value projectsSupporting a collaborative and ambitious team cultureMaintaining high professional standards and complianceClients include major public bodies and private sector organisations such as: Local authorities across the UKHousing associations and major developersPublic sector organisations including London Boroughs, GLA, City of London, Peabody Trust and Places for PeopleThe role also offers opportunities to meet clients regularly, grow your network and develop business development skills.
