This is an excellent opportunity to work on high quality, complex property litigation matters within a collaborative, progressive and market leading environment. The RoleYou'll work within a specialist Real Estate Disputes team, advising on a broad range of commercial and high value residential property matters.
Your work will include: Advising on pre action strategy, risk and asset managementHandling commercial and residential property disputesManaging mediation, arbitration and litigation processesWorking closely with real estate, planning and other non contentious teamsSupporting major institutional clients, banks, investment companies and high net worth individualsManaging your own caseload with appropriate supervisionContributing to team projects and cross departmental collaborationYou'll gain hands on experience across a wide mix of clients, sectors and dispute types, building a strong and versatile skillset within a dynamic, high quality practice.
Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a solicitor with:1-4 years' PQE in real estate disputes or commercial property litigationStrong experience advising on commercial and/or high value residential property mattersExcellent drafting, analytical and communication skillsThe ability to manage a varied and complex workloadA collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approachStrong interpersonal skills and confidence working with major clientsQualification as an SRA registered solicitorExposure to the built environment sector is advantageous but not essential.
