This is an excellent opportunity to join a Band 1 ranked team (Legal 500 and Chambers) and work on high-profile property disputes and asset management matters for major clients across the UK and beyond. Our TeamThe Real Estate Litigation team advises on all property-related disputes and contentious portfolio and asset management issues.
Clients include owners, developers, investors, management companies, and end users. The team handles everything from nationwide asset management to landmark court battles over iconic developments. Supported by cutting-edge project management systems and the resources of a progressive firm, the team delivers exceptional results.
Role and Key ResponsibilitiesAs an integral part of the Real Estate Litigation team,
you will
