Associate Sales Manager

Overview

In this role you support and develop a team of Major Account Sales Representatives while maintaining your own sales targets. You act as a player-coach, driving pipeline, opportunities, and revenue within a regional sales strategy. You balance leadership with personal performance to sustain growth and elevate sales capability across ADP’s HCM offerings. Responsibilities

• Drive revenue performance by contributing personal quota and helping the team hit targets
• Coach and develop sales representatives to improve skills and results
• Manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and activity productivity
• Advance strategic opportunities and guide deals through the sales cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align commercial strategy
• Develop and motivate a high-performing sales team and foster accountability

Key requirements

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in B2B sales
• Ability to coach, motivate, and influence others
• Strategic thinker with prioritization and resource allocation skills
• Strong communication, professionalism, integrity, and collaboration
• Analytical and results-oriented with data-driven decision making
• Experience in HCM, Payroll, HR technology, SaaS, or related services preferred
• College degree is not required
• Significant B2B sales experience with revenue growth history
