Associate Software Developer (Web)

Overview Join the FlexONE team to help evolve a state-of-the-art Order Management and Execution Management System. You will contribute to web and mobile apps using a Scala+Play backend and a React+AG-Grid frontend, collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver practical features.

You'll gain exposure to a modern fintech stack and contribute from MVPs toward comprehensive companion apps, shaping a scalable, user-focused platform that powers client trading workflows. Responsibilities Build features across the stack with guidance from senior engineers Triage and fix bugs from customers and QA Write clean, tested code and respond to review feedback Assist with mobile evolution and future migration work Collaborate with developers, testers, and product stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions Key requirements Foundational full stack expertise Experience building web applications using React and TypeScript Familiarity with Git for version control Familiarity with Scala, Java, or another JVM language, with willingness to learn Scala and Play Framework Clear, curious communicator Ability to collaborate with engineers and non-engineers React TypeScript AG-Grid Scala
