The team advises on both contentious and non contentious construction matters, acting for contractors, developers, landowners and professional advisers. This role has a particular focus on contentious construction disputes, with excellent training and support.

The RoleAdvising on construction disputes, adjudication, mediation and court proceedingsProviding strategic advice as disputes ariseSupporting non contentious construction matters where requiredWorking with contractors, developers, landowners and consultantsAssisting clients with contractual structures and risk managementManaging your own caseload with close supervision from the Head of TeamDelivering excellent client service within a collaborative team environmentCandidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE or above)Litigation experience from training or post qualificationGenuine interest in developing a construction specialismStrong communication skills and a proactive, motivated approachCommitment to excellent client serviceEnjoys working as part of a close knit, supportive teamPrevious construction experience is not essential - enthusiasm and litigation exposure are what matter most.
