Associate Solicitor - Real Estate Finance

p Our client, a highly regarded and growing commercial law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its expanding Real Estate Finance team. /p p br /p p This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong 4+ years post-qualification experience /strong to join a dynamic and collaborative team, advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions for an established lender client base.

The role offers high-quality work, genuine responsibility and excellent opportunities for career progression within a supportive and ambitious environment. /p p br /p p The Opportunity /p p Working as part of a specialist Real Estate Finance team, you will advise on a wide variety of secured lending transactions, acting predominantly for lenders across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate matters. /p p br /p p You will manage your own transactions while supporting senior lawyers on larger and more complex deals, providing exposure to sophisticated financing structures and high-value property transactions.

The role also offers the opportunity to supervise junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the practice through business development and client relationship management. /p p br /p p Key Responsibilities /p ul li Acting on a broad range of real estate finance transactions on behalf of lender clients. /li li Managing smaller transactions independently while assisting on larger, more complex matters. /li li Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation and ancillary finance documents. /li li Undertaking and coordinating detailed property due diligence. /li li Managing transactions from instruction through to completion. /li li Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts. /li li Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors, trainees and paralegals. /li li Supporting business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for cross-referral across the wider firm. /li /ul p br /p p About You /p p Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of strong 4 years post-qualification experience /strong in Real Estate Finance and/or Commercial Property. /p p br /p p The successful candidate will demonstrate: /p ul li Strong technical knowledge of real estate finance transactions and commercial property matters. /li li Experience advising on secured lending transactions and landlord and tenant matters. /li li Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills. /li li Commercial awareness with the ability to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice. /li li Strong communication and relationship management skills. /li li A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in developing long-term client relationships. /li li The confidence to supervise junior colleagues and contribute to the continued success of the team. /li /ul p br /p p Whats on Offer /p p This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing Real Estate Finance practice offering high-quality work, direct client exposure and a clear pathway for career progression.
