This is an exciting opportunity to work on major projects across sectors including infrastructure, housing, healthcare, and public sector developments, gaining exposure to high-value and complex work from the outset. The successful candidate will collaborate with a large, nationally recognised team, advising a broad client base including developers, contractors, funders, and public bodies.

Key responsibilities include
Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT, NEC, and bespoke agreementsAdvising on professional appointments, collateral warranties, and security documentationManaging transactional matters from instruction through to completionProviding commercially focused advice on risk allocation and project structuringThis opportunity would suit a solicitor with strong non-contentious construction experience, excellent drafting skills, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
