Associate - Strategic Asset ManagementCentral London£65,000 + Benefits PackageA large engineering consultancy are currently looking for an Associate to join their M&E FM Division and look after a specific Strategic asset management team.
This consultancy are looking to expand this offering and are looking for someone to take lead in this expansion while ensuring technical output is to standard. This consultancy have a fantastic reputation for employing some of the best engineers in the industry and have won many awards for their work and employee programmes for training and development, making this a perfect place for someone to flourish as a leading engineer.
Liaise with clients and implement agreed marketing skillsCarry out condition and dilapidation surveys; life cycle costing; strategic planningCompliance auditing + Fault finding and problem solvingCarrying out asset schedules and maintenance auditsProduce Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plansProduce Engineering Life Cycle and Forward Capital Cost plansInterpret engineering reports, drawings, layouts and other visual aidsUndertake Engineering maintenance contract monitoring and auditingConduct on site Engineering Services inspections and reporting for due diligence (Vendors and Acquisition) and dilapidationsUndertake maintenance procurement to include asset collection and preparation and review of tender documentationLead an M&E team in the co-ordination and delivery of individual projects, including attendance at meetings, internal programming, project reviews etc.
