ASSOCIATE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Overview

In this role you will lead structural projects from inception to completion within a boutique Central London practice. You work to deliver robust technical direction while mentoring engineers and technicians, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s growth.

The position offers a clear path to senior leadership, including potential Director progression, and emphasizes technical excellence, commercial awareness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is an office-based opportunity to shape projects and the direction of a growing consultancy in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural projects from inception through to completion
