Associate Territory Manager - Joint Replacement

Overview

In this hybrid role, you support Joint Replacement initiatives in Perth, combining sales with hands-on clinical exposure. You will learn and support advanced technologies like Mako robotic-assisted surgery, guiding clinical teams in theatre and across hospital settings.

You’ll build relationships with surgeons, nurses and staff while coordinating with the Territory Manager to shape territory strategies. Your work centers on applying technical knowledge to real clinical problems and driving performance with a development-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during joint replacement procedures
• Learn and support Mako robotic-assisted surgery
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
• Plan and execute territory strategies with the Territory Manager
• Contribute to account planning and track performance against goals
• Prepare for cases, manage instruments and support set logistics
• Stay updated on new technologies, techniques and industry developments

Key requirements

• Technically minded with ability to learn complex systems quickly
